Prices
10% of each pet portrait sale will go to the Ottawa Humane Society.
Prices vary by size and subject with the average being a 16 by 20 inch unframed canvas painted in acrylics. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Head and shoulders of one pet - $250
Full body of one pet - $300
Each additional pet (on same canvas) - $25
Please note that a 10 % deposit is required.
The price will include:
- A house call, if you live near enough to me, to take photographs. The photographs will be e-mailed back to you in order for you to choose which one to base the portrait on.
- Several 8 by 10 inch photographs being printed to paint from.
- The painting which takes between 4 and 6 weeks to complete.
- Delivery of the finished portrait (or delivery by Post paid by the customer).
Detailed and clear close-up photographs can be e-mailed to me. They must be taken in daylight at the level of the pet, no flash photography, and preferably with the animal doing something they usually do. Prices will be reduced accordingly.
